Covid-19 update 2.11.2020
Following the Government announcement on Saturday 31st October regarding a new lockdown commencing Thursday 5th November 2020, we want to update our customers with how we plan to be available for our customer needs. We will be fully open up to close of play Wednesday 4th November 2020.
From Thursday 5th November our service departments will continue to operate as normal for service, MOT’s, repairs and bodywork.
Car sales showrooms will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our sales teams will be available, Monday to Saturday during our normal operational hours, to continue car sales remotely, including:
Talk to you via video call
Send you videos
To arrange click and collect
To arrange deliveries of new and used cars
Vehicle handovers from an external handover area with social distancing practices in place.
Home delivery options are available
Colleagues within all departments will remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries, via telephone, email or live chat through our website

We remain open for business, but for car sales call us rather than visit.
Here at Drift Bridge, keeping our customers and staff safe is our top priority. As such, we’ve put a range of measures in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, and put customers minds at rest.
Our Service Areas
Each of our dealerships features floor markings and signage to help customers stay two metres apart, and face coverings are required for anyone entering our showrooms. Don't worry if you have forgotten your face coverings, we have these available.
We have also placed protective screens at our customer service points, and where necessary, our staff are equipped with the relevant PPE.
We are operating a click and collect service only, please contact us via the website or call us. We are encouraging contactless payments wherever possible.
We are also working hard to ensure customers remain safe when collecting a vehicle. Your keys will be sanitised and packaged before being handed over, and every vehicle is fully cleaned and sanitised before you drive away with clear stickers to mark the car has been sanitised. We are also encouraging telephone and contactless payments wherever possible.
