Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm with one Saturday in three
paid overtime (reduced 40 hour
week for U18s).
What You’ll Be Doing:
This apprenticeship provides a comprehensive introduction to the role of Audi Parts Advisor. You’ll split your time between the parts front and back counter and stockroom gaining valuable experience in customer service, inventory management, logistics, and product knowledge.

You’ll begin by working towards your Level 2 Retailer Apprenticeship, covering all the fundamental skills needed for a successful career in parts operations.
Training and Support:
Your training will combine remote learning and in-person sessions at our national training centre. You’ll also receive on-site support from a dedicated mentor, who’ll help you put your learning into practice.
