Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm with one Saturday in three paid overtime (reduced 40-hour week for U18s).
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Please note: A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
This apprenticeship introduces you to the essential role of a Service Advisor – the vital link between customers and our technical team. You’ll support the smooth running of the service department, helping ensure a seamless and professional experience for every customer.
Key responsibilities include:
You’ll start by working towards your Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard, alongside gaining Audi brand-specific certification.
Training and Support:
Your training will combine virtual classroom learning, in-person block release weeks at our national training centre, and on-the-job development at Audi Approved Epsom.

Entry Requirements:
GCSE grades 9 – 4 (A – C) or equivalent in English, Maths, and one other subject. We also accept predicted grades.
Scotland: National 5 Grades A - C in English, Maths and either a Science or Technical subject.
