Our recently opened used car sales suite, with its Audi Formula 1-inspired flair, is separate from the main showroom, giving our team a calmer, more focused environment where the emphasis is on customers and selling, rather than managing new car showroom responsibilities. The suite is fully air-conditioned, modern and designed to provide a comfortable workspace throughout the year.

With over 150 Audi Approved Used vehicles available across our group, you'll have an excellent selection of stock to work with and the support of an experienced management team committed to helping you succeed.

We're looking for an experienced automotive Sales Executive to join us. Ideally you'll have previous Volkswagen Group experience and accreditation, although we'll happily speak to high-performing sales professionals from other premium brands.

What You'll Receive:

• Basic salary from £18,000, increasing to £24,000 for candidates who can demonstrate sustained high performance (100+ vehicle sales over the previous six months).
• 14-unit monthly target.
• Enhanced commission paying up to 130% for exceeding target.
• 10% chassis profit commission.
• Volkswagen Group company car.
• Occasional weekends off on a rotating basis.
• Score a hat-trick (three retail orders in a day) and earn a bonus and finish early for the day.
• Modern laptop with built-in hands-free calling.
• Audi Academy manufacturer training and continued professional development.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a proven track record in automotive retail sales.
• Ideally holds Volkswagen Group accreditation.
• Enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
