About the Role: Walton Audi is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our professional aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a prestigious premium brand and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact between our customers and workshop team, ensuring all servicing and repair work is managed efficiently and communicated clearly throughout the process. You will work closely with technicians, parts departments, and aftersales colleagues to maintain the highest standards of customer care and operational excellence.

From booking vehicles in to final handover, you’ll ensure every customer receives a seamless and professional experience while identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services that genuinely benefit them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Provide a warm, professional greeting and clear communication on all service or repair needs.
  • Service Coordination: Collaborate with the workshop and technicians to ensure efficient completion of work, including organizing test drives as needed.
  • Upselling: Offer additional products and services that benefit the customer, such as warranties and service plans.
  • Administration: Create accurate job cards, maintain customer records, and prepare invoices.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the parts and aftersales teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address any issues promptly, finding the best resolution for both the customer and dealership.
  • Communication: Keep customers updated on service progress, costs, and timelines to ensure full transparency.

About You: We are looking for a confident and organised individual who thrives in a busy dealership environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry
  • Experience with Audi, VAG brands, or premium automotive brands preferred
  • Strong understanding of vehicle servicing and repair processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
  • Proven ability to upsell products and services in a customer-focused way
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience using dealership management systems such as Kerridge or RTC
  • Full, clean UK driving licence essential
