About the Role: As a Service Bookings Advisor at Drift Bridge Volkswagen, you will be a key part of our aftersales operation, ensuring customers receive a smooth and professional experience from their very first interaction with us. You will manage service appointments, coordinate workshop capacity, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to keep everything running efficiently. Whether you have experience in a similar role or are looking to bring your customer service skills into the automotive sector, Drift Bridge Volkswagen offers a supportive environment where you can develop and grow.

Hours: 50 hour week Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work Saturdays 1 week every 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Bookings: Manage incoming and outgoing service booking enquiries via phone, email, and online channels, ensuring all appointments are arranged accurately.
• Customer Service: Deliver a warm, professional customer experience, explaining service options, timings, and requirements clearly.
• Workshop Coordination: Collaborate with the service management team and workshop controllers to allocate jobs effectively and maintain an efficient schedule.
• Communication & Updates: Keep customers informed regarding their vehicle’s progress, additional work required, and expected completion times.
• Record Management: Ensure all booking notes, vehicle histories, and customer records are accurate and up to date within dealership systems.
• Efficiency & Workflow: Follow established booking processes to support workshop productivity and maintain a smooth daily operation.
• Problem Resolution: Assist customers with questions or concerns, offering solutions or escalating when appropriate.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
