About the Role

As a Vehicle Technician at Horsham Geelyyou’ll be a key member of our new and growing team, ensuring every Geely vehicle receives the highest standard of care and maintenance. You’ll carry out a variety of technical tasks, from routine servicing to complex diagnostics and repairs, while maintaining the exceptional customer service standards that Drift Bridge Group is known for.

Hours: 45-hour week Monday to Friday, plus Saturday mornings (5 hours) on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Routine Maintenance: Carry out scheduled servicing, oil changes, tyre checks, and brake inspections.
• Diagnostics and Repairs: Use specialist diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues across Geely models.
• Parts Replacement: Fit and replace components such as brakes, filters, and belts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer standards.
• Customer Communication: Clearly explain vehicle issues and recommended repairs to customers in an approachable, professional manner.
• Record Keeping: Maintain precise service and repair records in line with company and manufacturer requirements.
• Safety Standards: Follow all workshop safety protocols and procedures.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
• Ongoing Learning: Keep up to date with the latest Geely technologies and diagnostic methods through training and development.
