Job Title: Trainee Service Booking Advisor
Location: Epsom Audi / Drift Bridge Škoda

About the Role: As a Trainee Service Booking Advisor, you will be responsible for managing service and repair bookings for Audi and Škoda customers by phone and online. You will be a key point of contact, helping to ensure every customer receives a professional, efficient, and friendly experience.

Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm | Saturdays: 8:30am – 1:00pm (monthly rota basis)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming service and repair booking enquiries by phone and online
• Scheduling workshop bookings accurately and efficiently
• Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
• Updating customer and vehicle records
• Liaising with service advisors and workshop teams
• Following up customer enquiries and appointments
• Supporting the Aftersales department with administrative tasks

About You: The successful candidate will have a confident and professional telephone manner, with previous experience dealing with the public being desirable. They will have good computer and IT skills, be well organised with strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a reliable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn. They will also be able to work effectively as part of a team.
