Lithium-ion batteries, of the type used in most electric vehicles, including Audi electric vehicles, have a restricted lifespan. Battery capacity will reduce over time with use and charging. Reduction in battery capacity will affect the performance of the vehicle, including the range achievable, and is one of a number of factors that may impact resale value. New car performance figures, including battery capacity and range, may be provided for comparison between vehicles. You should not rely on new car performance figures in relation to used vehicles with older batteries, as they will not reflect used vehicle performance in the real world. 1. Please contact your local Audi Centre for a copy of the Approved Used Warranty Cover Booklet for further details. Approved Used vehicles are covered by a minimum 6 months' Audi Warranty and Roadside Assistance. Where an eligible vehicle is financed through Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited, the vehicle must be sold with a warranty lasting at least 12 months from the date of handover. Where a customer pays by BACS or uses finance from any provider other than Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited, the vehicle must be sold with a warranty lasting at least 6 months from the date of handover. Valid for vehicles up to 8 years old and up to 100,000 miles at point of activation.
2. Subject to the following terms, the Approved Used Vehicle detailed in the agreement signed between the Customer and the Audi Centre may be exchanged for another Approved Used Vehicle at the same retailer, provided that the Approved Vehicle is returned within 30 days of the delivery date or has covered no more than 1,000 miles since delivery, whichever is sooner. The Customer must be a private purchaser and the vehicle must be returned in the same condition, save for reasonable wear and tear. The Replacement Vehicle must be of an equal or higher price to the original invoice price and readily available from the same Centre's stock. The customer is responsible for all necessary arrangements and costs relating to finance, licensing and insurance. Only one exchange will be considered and the exchange programme does not apply to any Replacement Vehicle. The exchange programme does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
3. Audi Approved vehicles are subject to up to 150 checks as part of the Audi Approved preparation and handover process. Some checks may be 'not applicable' to your particular vehicle depending on vehicle model, trim line and age. Electric vehicles are subject to up to 133 checks.
4. Subject to eligibility. Audi Car Insurance is arranged, underwritten and administered by Liverpool Victoria Insurance Company Limited.
5. Service Plan covers 1 x Oil Service and 1 x Inspection Service with replacement Pollen Filter. Excludes engines 4.0L and above, A8, A3 TFSI e models up to MY2025, Q3 TFSI e hybrid and fully electric vehicles. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear, is excluded. 6. Service Plan covers your next service, limited to 1 x Inspection Service, 1 x replacement Pollen Filter and 1 x Brake Fluid change for e-tron models. 8. Customers who purchase an eligible Audi Approved Used fully electric A6 e-tron, Q6 e-tron, Q8 e-tron or e-tron GT vehicle from a participating Audi Centre by 5 January 2027, when financed through Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS), may receive either a 7kW Ohme Home Pro home EV charger (tethered) with standard installation or a 7kW Ohme ePod home EV charger (untethered) with standard installation, subject to the applicable offer terms and conditions.
The offer is available to UK residents aged 18+. Customers must be a homeowner or a renter with the landlord's permission and have off-street parking at the property. The customer must be a full-time resident at the installation address. Fleet customers are not eligible.
The home EV charger must be ordered through a participating Audi Centre at the time of purchasing the eligible Audi Approved Used fully electric vehicle. Chargers are not available retrospectively. Offer subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Ohme's standard terms and conditions of sale apply. Standard installation is subject to survey and eligibility. Any costs associated with non-standard installation, additional installation works, accessories, upgrades, physical home surveys, aborted visits or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
The home EV charger is non-transferable and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative. Customers must liaise directly with Ohme regarding the survey, installation and supply of the charger. Further terms and conditions apply.
