What's Included?

This varies depending on the plan you buy, the model you have and what engine type. However, our Audi experts will inspect your car and all its important components, highlighting anything that needs taking care of. We will then drain the oil and replace filters. For electric vehicles, we will inspect charging cables and battery health. We’ll also carry out software updates as required, and wash and vacuum your vehicle before returning it to you. During inspection, we will inform you of any wear and tear items that need addressing, but these will not be included in the price of your Service Plan.

Two Services

Servicing in line with the manufacturer’s recommended service schedule:

*Full Vehicle inspection and report to include all lights, instruments, glass, braking system etc.

Please note that any parts identified as requiring replacement are not covered as part of the services.

Up to Two years Warranty

Provided by Audi UK, administered by Audi Financial Services

This Warranty has been designed to cover the costs of repairing or replacing the covered components that have suffered a sudden electrical or mechanical failure during the period of cover (excludes no-claim period). Further details are available in the terms and conditions.

If your vehicle’s previous Audi UK or Audi Financial Services warranty expired over 30 days ago, then you won’t be able to claim in the first 30 days of your All-in Warranty (a “no-claim period”). Effectively, you’ll have 23 months where you can make a claim on your warranty.

The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.

Two MOT Tests

Vehicles 3 years and older are required by law to have an MOT test carried out every year. This is to ensure that the vehicle meets the minimum road safety standards (please note that in Northern Ireland this product comes with 2 MOT pre-checks and MOTs). Any repair work required as a result of an MOT failure is excluded.

Two years' Audi Roadside Assistance

For total peace of mind we have partnered with the AA to provide you breakdown cover in the UK and Europe, giving you the support of qualified, dedicated technicians – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pricing is valid from 3 January 2025.

^Pay monthly option for vehicles under 200,000 miles, number of payments varies depending on plan purchased. Excludes S and RS (4.0L and above), SQ7, S8, SQ8, RS6, RS7, RSQ8, R8 and 6.0L/W12 models. Servicing must be carried out in line with the requirements of the service schedule and all work must be carried out at an Audi Authorised Repairer. Additional work, including wear and tear is excluded. Service Plan validity is dependent on required payments received.

*Valid for vehicles aged 3 to 6 years, with a 2.0L engine or less and under 100,000 miles at activation. Eligibility criteria and exclusions apply. Excludes electric vehicles and vehicles with an existing service plan. Vehicles that have been out of a warranty (that has been provided by Audi UK or Audi Financial Services) for more than 30 days will have a no-claim period of 30 days at the start of their policy. The All-in Warranty does not cover any vehicle already covered under any other guarantee, insurance, warranty and/or gesture of goodwill.
