Going electric is easy, and we’re confident you’ll love it. That’s why with our ID. Promise, you’ll have 100 days to get comfortable with electric driving.
If your new ID. isn’t the right fit, you can return it. Simply notify us and return the vehicle between 80 and 100 days after handover. You’ll receive a refund minus reasonable costs such as damage, modifications, depreciation, wall box charges, and finance deductions. (T&Cs).
